Our deepest patterns are formed before we have words -

in how we were (or weren't) held, soothed, cherished, and seen as infants.

Mothering sessions offer what may have been missing:

the experience of being fully held,

witnessed,

and cared for

at the deepest, most foundational level.

This primal experience of being cared for,

exactly as you are,

creates change at the root.

It gives your nervous system permission to finally let go.

And in that safety, new ways of navigating the world become possible.

What a Mothering Session Is

Mothering sessions offer a safe, nurturing space for people who feel overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of being held - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

A Mothering session is a body & feeling-based experience focused on nervous system regulation, safety, and receiving nurturing.

In Mothering sessions, I offer you my state of being: fully present, grounded, loving, playful, and real.

This is a space of deep permission and compassion.

This is a space not just to be seen, but to be truly adored -reminding you of your innate worth beyond what you 'do' for the world.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are: whether you need to be rocked with the tenderness of a child, release the intensity of a storm, or just rest in a nourishing, safe presence.

Together, we create a playground for your full humanity, where you can soften, shed the masks, and remember your own innate innocence and power.

What happens in the room

As you enter the room, you land in a soft nest of fuzzy blankets.
I join you and we check-in: what feels the most alive in the moment and what could feel the most useful.

The session may include:

  • ๐Ÿƒ Soothing musicย 

  • ๐Ÿƒ Quiet presence

  • ๐Ÿƒ Supportive affirmations, humming, adoration

  • ๐Ÿƒ Grounding pressure and containment

  • ๐Ÿƒ Nurturing, consensual touch, and maternal holding

  • ๐Ÿƒ Guided breathing or moving exercises

You get to choose your experience and pace. Youโ€™ll have my steady support as you discover what you need and shape your own pace and experience. Twenty to sixty-minute sessions are available.

Please Note

Mothering sessions are not therapy, bodywork, or medical treatment. They are not sexual in nature and are fully clothed.

Touch is always consensual, communicated, and adjusted in the moment. You are in control of your experience at all times.

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

I'm Aruna

For much of my life, I lived in my head - navigating the world through analysis and thinking my feelings. My true path began when I dropped into my body.

Through partner dancing, communion with nature, and the aliveness of feeling my feelings, I began to reclaim myself.

Motherhood and raising my now 16-year-old son while unraveling emotional chaos became my deepest initiation into self-responsibility, embodiment, and truth.

Iโ€™ve since been tending to the silenced and forgotten parts of myself, becoming my own most trusted companion.

As a certified Ayurveda practitioner and a lifelong student of the sacred human playground, I integrate natureโ€™s elemental wisdom with tools for nervous system healing and emotional liberation.

My work is grounded in:

  • ๐Ÿƒ Relational Depth: parts work, co-counseling, women's groups
